A seasoned restaurant veteran, Salvatore D’Elia joins The Prakas Group with 30 years of restaurant and bar experience. As restaurant specialist, he will focus on sales and leasing of restaurant businesses, commercial restaurant properties and all entertainment properties in South Florida.
D’Elia previously owned ten restaurants and bars in South Florida, California, and Atlanta and worked with leading names in the restaurant industry including Jack Penrods at Penrods Beach Club, Lance McFadden and Walter Payton at McFadden Ventures, and Larry Spatz and Larry Siegal at Baja Beach Club. D’Elia has also worked on Wall Street as a stockbroker specializing in selling IPOs, and has experience in business valuation, raising capital and lease negotiation.
D’Elia resides in Boca Raton and is originally from New York.
