BOCA RATON - Athan "Tom" Prakas, president/broker of The Prakas Group Inc., has been awarded exclusive representation by Hurricane Brand Holdings LLC, a Stuart-based company, and by area developer Alex Karas to broker more than 30 future South Florida Hurricane Grill & Wings sites.

The Prakas Group, Inc. will exclu­sively cover Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Nationally, Ihe com­pany is planning to open 100 additional Hurricane Grill & Wings sites. Restaurant sites will occupy inline, outparcel or end-cap spaces of l,200sf to l,800sf. Randy O'Donnell and Mike Bilton of The Prakas Group, Inc. are exclusive brokers repre­senting Hurricane Grill & Wings.

Hurricane Grill & Wings is a casu­al fast-food concept wing restaurant with a tropical atmosphere, featuring more than 30 delicious sauces as well as numerous signature dishes. Originated in 1995 as a single beach-side location in Fort Pierce, the compa­ny officially incorporated in 2005 to become Hurricane Brand Holdings LLC. The corporation currently operates 12 company- and franchise-owned Florida locations with an aggressive growth schedule to open 25 units within the next vear.
