*Gurpal Singh has purchased Pineapple Grille, a 4,000 SF restaurant at 800 Palm Trail, Delray Beach, FL. Pineapple Grille, a casual restaurant featuring Caribbean-infused cuisine, has been in operation at the present location for thirteen years.  Mr. Agelopolous was exclusive broker in the transaction, representing the buyer as well as the seller, Charlie Tobias. The restaurant is presently undergoing renovations and seats 155 guests.
