Athan "Tom" Prakas, president/broker and James Layson, managing partner/Central Florida of the Boca Raton-based Prakas Group, Inc., have announced the firma has been selected by Sam Sutton of Lake Buena Vista Resort, LLC as exclusive broker to market 8,000 square feet of restaurant space at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa.
