Mr. Yanni Agelopoulos, vice president of commercial real estate, was broker for the following sale transaction:

*Spiro Nerantzis and Petro Nerantzis have purchased Olympia Café, a 2,000 SF restaurant at 2514 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Olympia Cafe, a Greek Mediterranean restaurant, has been in operation at the present location for 23 years.  Mr. Agelopolous was broker in the transaction for the sellers, Costas and Evelyn Papanikos. Co-broker representing the buyer was Mark Habib, Royal Crown Group. The restaurant is presently undergoing interior updates and seats 100 guests. The purchase is valued at $166,000. "Olympia Café will continue to thrive in this premium Palm Beach Gardens location," stated Mr. Prakas.

Mr. Elliot "Butch" Nanos, vice president of commercial sales,and Randy O'Donnell, franchise and restaurant sale specialist, were exclusive brokers for the following sale transaction:

*Bullseye Restaurant Group, Inc. has purchased John Bull English Pub, a 3,200 SF restaurant at 801 Village Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL.  Principals of Bullseye Restaurant Group, Inc.are Paul and Penny Schlosser. Mr. Schlosser is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of the Arts, Hyde Park, NY and the former executive chef for all restaurants at the Seminole Hard Rock Café. Mr. Nanos and Mr. O'Donnell were exclusive brokers representing the buyer as well as the seller, Thomas Aitken of United Pub, Inc.  Mr. Prakas commented, "Paul brings a list of impressive credentials to the table and will find great success at this location."
