 Prakas Group said it served as broker for the sale of a Boca Raton landmark, the French restaurant La Vielle Maison, to Tal-bott Realty Inc It valued the sale at $3.1 million. In August, Prakas arranged the lease on a Parkland location for Bluefin Sushi & Thai Grill, which continues to operate at its original Yamato Road location in Boca Raton.
