Elliot "Butch" Nanos, vice-president, commercial sales, was exclusive broker for the following transaction:

*Bluefin has leased a 2,650 SF space for Blue/in Sushi and Thai Grill, located at Parkland Town Center, 6694 Parkside Drive, Parkland, FL. The lessor is Parkland TC, LLC. Mr. Nanos was the exclusive broker representing all parties in the lease transaction. Close to ten people will staff the new restaurant, which is projected to open mid-September 2006.

Bluefin has been in operation for 15 years and has been in the South Florida market for the past three years. Mr. Nanos was exclusive broker of Bluefin's purchase of Bluefin Sushi & Thai Grill on Yamato Road in Boca Raton in 2005.
