Daniel Kearns is  The Prakas Group’s newest restaurant specialist focusing on sales and leasing of restaurant businesses, commercial restaurant properties and all entertainment properties in South Florida.

Mr. Kearns comes to The Prakas Group with over 25 years experience in the hospitality and real estate businesses. Originally from Connecticut, where he owned and operated many successful restaurant and nightclub venues, he now resides in Fort Lauderdale for the last 12 years. Since his arrival to Florida, Mr. Kearns has either owned, operated or consulted for the following: Christopher’s Nightclub, September’s, Velvet Lounge, Club Atlantis, Beach Bums Bar & Grill, Art Bar, Coyote Ugly, Automatic Slim’s, East Coast Burrito Factory, Fish 54, Archie’s Gourmet Pizza, Prezzo Martini Bar & Grill, Ivy Restaurant & Stylebar, Broadway Bar, Wolfie’s Famous Deli, and Rush Street Bar.
