Pierre will focus on site selection and brokerage of restaurant properties throughout Broward County. As general manager for 26 years of Holding and Management, Inc. in Delray Beach, FL, Pierre directed the $20 million South Florida restaurant development and operating company consisting of five separate corporations and 325 employees. Properties included Banana Boat, Fifth Avenue Grill (Delray Beach and Lighthouse Point) and Old Calypso. In addition, Pierre was owner of Governor’s Grill in Fort Pierce, FL, and manager for Barbeques Galore, Coral Springs, FL, Mississippi Sweets, Wellington, FL and general manager of Island Jacks (Bonefish Creek), Margate, FL.
