S. Florida restaurant broker sets up local operations

ORLANDO - With no end to Central Florida's growing list of new restaurants in sight,, a high-profile Boca Raton real estate broker that specializes in finding spots for new eateries has opened a second office in Orlando.

"It's a natural progression for us" says Athan "Tom" Prakas, founder of The Prakas Group Inc. "Orlando is absolutely booming as a restaurant market".
