About Christian Prakas

The Prakas Group is pleased to announce a new addition to its sales team, of Christian Prakas. Christian is the founders’ son, and is a graduate of Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, Florida. Christian graduated with high honors in the DECA marketing program, Gifted Studies Program, Gold Seal of Florida Marketing Program, and is going to handle restaurant and nightclub sales along with the firms marketing needs.

Christian has lived in South Florida his entire life. He is currently enrolled at F.A.U., working on obtaining his degree in marketing and pre-law. He grew up in the real estate business and wants to make it his career. His father, Tom Prakas broker and president of the company states, “Christian will make a great addition to the firm. Not only is he highly motivated, but he has a grass roots understanding and knowledge of the business brokerage and commercial real estate market. He had to eat, sleep and live it his whole life growing up in the family. To Christian, this business is second nature and he has a love for it. I’m proud to have Christian join the firm and carry on the real estate tradition.”
