We are selective and cautious about the engagements we undertake. Our bias is to handle a smaller number of high quality transactions, as opposed to a larger inventory of less desirable ones. We represent honest and forthright people, and we only want clients who will be comfortable with nothing less. We like active and acquisitive industries, and we also work equally effectively for individual owner sellers. We work in a wide range of industries, with key members of our staff focusing on certain niches. The business we sell may range in size anywhere from $100K in sales to $50 million in sales.
SUCCESS RATE/FEE STRUCTURE
We close a very high percentage of the seller representations we undertake. Our fees are contingent upon success, and we are structured in a unique way to ensure that we achieve top rewards only when we meet or exceed our seller client’s objectives. Specific fee structures are tailored to individual engagements, and are planned and negotiated privately with our clients.
APPRAISALS/BUSINESS EVALUATON
Our professionals know the market and through analysis and review of your business situation they will be able to assist you in arriving at a reasonable pricing structure regarding the sale of your business. This add-on service is fee based. That fee is deducted from the final commission check for the successful sale of your business.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We go to great lengths to safeguard the confidentiality of our clients. We take pride in our zealous discretion. We complete transactions without leakage of information to customers, employees, or competitors. We do our level best to match the client needs with the buyer’s financial capability. We have had numerous closings where the employees of the company did not know a sale was even being discussed until the closings took place and the new owners/management disclosed it at their will.
NON-DISRUPTIVE
We handle virtually all of the time consuming or potentially intrusive elements of the selling process for our clients, off premise. Client owners can continue to run the company without disruption or distraction. Our pre-qualification processes avoid “fishing expeditions” thus reducing both stress to the owner and tension for staff members, to the betterment of value realized.
